The “Digital Citizen” is a mobile application that will serve as the main axis of government actions to provide digital solutions to the citizens. The goal is for this application to gradually become part of citizens’ everyday lives.
Simultaneously, through the application, citizens will have the opportunity to obtain their electronic signature and electronic identity. Additionally, the application will allow citizens to add additional documents and functions, which will simplify the way they process or receive services from the state. This is expected to reduce bureaucracy and inconvenience for citizens.
