Yemen Empowers Women Through Digital Skills for Economic Recovery

The Yemen Government, alongside international partners, empowers young women through digital-focused vocational training programs. Supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center and the United Nations Development Programme, these initiatives provide technical and business skills in fields like cellphone maintenance.

The programs drive economic recovery and community resilience in Yemen by fostering entrepreneurship and access to financial resources. Women break barriers in male-dominated fields, contributing to local economies and sustainable development. These efforts align with Yemen’s broader goal of linking humanitarian, development, and peace actions for a more inclusive future.
