Florida Government Supports Smart City Tech

The Government of Florida is advancing smart city technology through the I-Street accelerator, in partnership with the University of Florida Transportation Institute. This initiative invites companies to participate in pilot programs aimed at developing technology for smart cities. Participants will receive support from experts in transportation, AI, and robotics, alongside opportunities for collaboration with local and state governments. 

The program focuses on reducing risks for governments adopting new technologies and aims to document and showcase the impact of these innovations. The effort reflects a growing trend in digital acceleration and incubation in the government technology sector.
