EU Regulations and ESG Reporting

A new partnership between Thomson Reuters and SAP aims to streamline ESG reporting for multinational corporations by integrating Thomson Reuters’ ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting with SAP’s Sustainability Control Tower. This collaboration will simplify compliance with emerging global regulations, including the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) set to begin in January 2025, and support adherence to evolving standards from other global bodies.

This integration will assist businesses in preparing, gathering, and filing ESG data, addressing the complexities of international regulatory requirements. It highlights the role of digital tools in meeting sustainability goals and adapting to new governance standards.
