Pakistan’s Child Protection Initiative

The Pakistan Government, with support from international organizations, has launched a Child Protection Unit (CPU) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s merged districts. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to safeguarding children from exploitation and abuse, ensuring their fundamental rights. The CPU aims to address the challenges faced by vulnerable children by providing efficient protection services and promoting a safer environment.

The Pakistan Government’s efforts, in collaboration with digital resources, are focused on identifying and preventing risks to children while fostering development and protection through digital platforms and policies for long-term welfare.
