The platform aims to foster economic growth and financial inclusion by offering services such as cash withdrawals, post-box renewals, and mobile money transfers. This initiative aligns with Botswana’s digital transformation strategy.
The government’s commitment to digital and financial inclusion is further strengthened by integrating multiple postal services into a unified platform. This digital effort seeks to reach over 500,000 individuals, ensuring secure transactions and expanding financial services nationwide.
