Libya’s Digital Economy

The Minister of Economy and Trade, Mohamed Al-Hwej, recently held a meeting at the Ministry’s Tripoli office to discuss the project of building a digital economy and e-commerce in Libya. 

The meeting involved various key stakeholders, including representatives from the Ministry’s Economic Modelling Office, the Privatization and Investment Board, the General Commercial Registry Authority, and the Tax Authority, as well as the European Union Mission in Libya and Expertise France.
