Burundi Government’s Support for Healthcare

The Burundian Government’s role in improving healthcare access in rural areas is highlighted by Village Health Works’ efforts. Founded in 2006, this organization has been providing essential medical care in Kigutu, a remote village seven miles from the nearest paved road.
