The Dubai Government has introduced the ESG Label through the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. Developed by the chamber’s Centre for Responsible Business, this initiative aims to aid organizations in evaluating their ESG readiness and maturity, fostering sustainable practices, and boosting recognition and growth.
The ESG Label was created following a detailed evaluation by international experts, considering global and regional regulatory frameworks. The framework, shaped by business community input, ensures alignment with both local and international ESG reporting standards. The label encourages businesses to embed sustainability into their core operations, supporting Dubai’s broader goal of promoting good governance and ethical practices.
