It goes after the authority mapped the trends and development of AI and algorithms and saw the requirements for further policy to comply better with privacy legislation in the education sector.

The authority appreciates the strong efforts made by the education sector in abiding by the privacy law but still sees the need for improvements to provide better guidance.
