EU-Australia Boost Digital Cooperation

The governments of the EU and Australia have advanced their digital collaboration by hosting the 2nd EU-Australia Digital Economy and Technology Policy Dialogue. This virtual meeting focused on key digital priorities, including artificial intelligence, data governance, and online safety. The discussion involved experts from various Australian government departments and led to an administrative arrangement between eSafety and the EU’s DG CONNECT to enhance online safety regulation and information exchange.
