Government’s Digital Vision for Ghana’s Connectivity

The Government of Ghana, through the eTransform project financed by the World Bank, has significantly advanced the nation’s digital infrastructure. This initiative aims to enhance connectivity across the country, providing high-speed internet and modern communication tools to 951 government institutions on a 10-year basis.

Central to Ghana’s Digital Ghana Agenda, the project focuses on building an enabling environment for e-government, expanding digital services, and improving ICT efficiency in sectors like health and education. This strategic investment highlights the government’s commitment to leveraging digital technologies for socio-economic development and digital inclusion.
