Kazakhstan’s Digital Leadership

The Kazakhstan Government is driving digital transformation by enhancing proactive services, developing a digital government platform, and integrating over 1,000 digital services. Key initiatives include the creation of a national language model, a supercomputer, and the Digital Family Card, which supports at-risk families through data-driven policies. These efforts are positioning Kazakhstan as a regional leader in digital government, ranking 28th in the UN e-Government Development Index.

The government’s digital strategy emphasizes automation, data lakes, and proactive life-event services to improve efficiency. Future goals include expanding digital solutions to businesses, enhancing industry-specific services, and increasing international collaboration.
