The New South Wales Government has launched the NSW Digital Strategy to enhance digitalization across the state. Led by the government’s digital agency, the strategy focuses on five key missions: accessibility, productivity, trust, resilience, and skills. The whole-of-government approach aims to improve public engagement with government services through digital platforms, ensuring efficient and accessible interactions.
The strategy includes high-priority actions such as updating AI and cloud policies and reforming shared services. Progress will be measured through regular reporting, aligning digital initiatives with the state’s broader public service goals, like housing and service delivery.
