The journey of DigiGov Central began with the founder Mohammad J Sear sharing a “Thought of the Day” on social media platforms in 2019 to fulfill his mission in life of wanting to make a difference in people’s lives.

His “Thought of the Day” focused on what he believed governments needed to do to truly become citizen centric.

The positive feedback he received from readers globally encouraged him to take this further and write articles, and soon this grew into scanning the world wide web for news, articles, stories, events etc. related to Digital Government and publishing posts and articles to share with his readers the interesting and useful information that he had found.

All with this belief that sharing information, and his thoughts and ideas could be a catalyst for policy makers, leaders, government employees and others to leverage these to make a difference in the lives of citizens.

However, finding information, resources and insights related to Digital Government that would be of value was not easy and it took a lot of effort and energy and he realized that like him many others were also struggling in their pursuit of self-development and to stay informed, aware and up to date in this area. He also found that his voice and the voice of others was getting lost in a sea of voices related to a huge array of subjects existing on social media platforms.

This sparked the idea of creating a centralized hub for everything related to Digital Government, so that anyone who is interested in this subject can with minimal effort fulfill their specific requirement whether they are a consumer or creator, and in 2023 the birth of DigiGov Central concept took place and the work began to making this a reality.
