Pakistan-Denmark Green Partnership

The Pakistan Government is enhancing collaboration with Denmark to support green energy transition, climate resilience, and biodiversity protection. Denmark, known for its expertise in renewable energy, offers Pakistan knowledge-sharing and technological support. Both governments aim to strengthen cooperation in renewable energy, water management, and climate strategies to address environmental sustainability and climate resilience goals.

Efforts include Pakistan’s clean ocean agenda, protecting marine ecosystems, and increasing mangrove cover. Both nations also emphasized the need for equitable climate financing to support developing countries facing climate-related disasters.
