The Pakistan government has transitioned from manual property registration to an efficient e-registration system, aiming to streamline the process across multiple districts. This digital transformation will significantly reduce registration times, allowing for document acquisition in as little as 30 minutes, while enhancing transparency by promptly notifying parties of any issues.
The new system operates under the Land Administration and Revenue Management Information System (LARMIS), centralizing registration at People’s Service Centers. Users can create accounts on the e-registration portal to facilitate a smoother registration experience, promoting convenience and efficiency in property transactions.
