The Peruvian government announced plans to introduce a Digital Nomad Visa. Digital Nomad Visas will be issued for an initial validity period of up to 365 days, with the possibility of being extended. Holders of these visas will not be subject to Peruvian labor law and their work conditions and benefits will be subject to the laws of their home country
The Peruvian authorities are expected to release further information, including application process and document requirements, in the next six months.
