The Singapore Government is enhancing community healthcare through the National Healthcare Group’s (NHG) digital platform. This portal, developed in partnership with a digital provider, automates health program management, provides real-time updates, and integrates population health insights for community care. Over 20 partners have been onboarded, contributing to the automation of 400+ programs.
The government’s digital initiative also supports the future integration of verifiable electronic health records (EHR) and shared care services. This step towards seamless digital health management promotes continuity of care, empowering residents with greater control over their health.
