The strategy includes developing a universal AI chip for Software-Defined Vehicles, aiming for processing speeds up to 10 trillion operations per second (TOPS), challenging NVIDIA’s advancements in autonomous driving chips. The goal is to establish a high-speed autonomous driving network and semiconductor technology for full Level 4 autonomy, showcasing the government’s commitment to digital innovation and technological leadership in the automotive industry.
