The third US-Kenya Cyber and Digital Dialogue took place in Nairobi, where officials from both nations, led by Ambassador Nathaniel C. Fick and Mr Thomas Sakah, discussed key cybersecurity issues.
The dialogue focused on capacity development, implementing the Framework for Responsible State Behavior in Cyberspace, combatting cybercrime, securing information technology infrastructure, and promoting digital freedom. Both parties committed to leveraging the U.S.-Kenya partnership to enhance cyberspace security and achieve Kenya’s digital economy goals.
