UAE-Chile Digital Economy Boost

The UAE Government and Chile have expressed strong interest in strengthening economic and trade relations, particularly in renewable energy, digital economy, and climate action. During discussions in Abu Dhabi, both governments emphasized shared goals like achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and explored joint projects in sustainability, infrastructure, and digital solutions.

The signing of a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement further solidifies this partnership, aiming to triple non-oil trade by 2030 and eliminate barriers to investment. The collaboration also highlights the growing role of digital technologies in enhancing economic cooperation and development between the two nations.
