Over the past decade, the world has become increasingly interconnected, with access to digital technologies like mobile phones and the internet now an integral part of daily life for the majority globally, and our default way of communicating, learning, and doing business together.
Keeping in view the fast digital transformation of the nations, UK authorities has launched digital development strategy (DDS) 2024 to 2030 and following this, by 2030 UK will have supported at least 20 partner countries to reduce their digital divides by an average of 50% (halving their connectivity gap).
