The U.S. Government, through USAID, is enhancing global development by advancing secure and inclusive digital ecosystems. USAID’s new Digital Policy focuses on infrastructure investments, digital skills, and technology governance to address global challenges while promoting privacy, security, and human rights.
The government is allocating $14.6 million to support these initiatives, alongside proposing a new Office to accelerate digital adoption and cooperation with partner governments. Additionally, USAID’s partnerships aim to improve digital capabilities in regions like Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Africa, fostering digital transformation and e-government solutions.
