Digital Public-Service Platforms

In a bid to streamline and enhance the efficiency of digital public service platforms, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission in China has recently issued a set of documents that aim to strengthen the management of applications and accounts belonging to government bodies and public institutions.

The goal is to prevent and control unnecessary formalities on these digital platforms, recognising the evolving challenges posed by digitalisation.
