Points of Single Contact (PSCs) are digital government portals that make it easier for businesses and professional service providers from one EEA country to offer their services in another. The portals benefit a broad range of service providers, including regulated professions, such as architects or health professions, and other sectors such as tourism and construction.
As per reports, the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) has sent a letter of formal notice to Liechtenstein concerning the country’s incorrect implementation of a Point of Single Contact.
