Bulgarian Government Healthcare Reforms

The Bulgarian Government has amended healthcare regulations, including renaming a key training center to align with ongoing structural changes. These reforms aim to enhance citizens’ access to medical care and improve service quality, in line with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The updated regulations focus on increasing training for medical professionals in underserved areas.

Digital resources will be utilized to facilitate training, targeting professionals in emergency and outpatient services. Free training will be offered to those who commit to working in regions with limited healthcare access, ensuring broader coverage and better service delivery.
