Guinea-Bissau is a small West African country that has been grappling with a range of challenges, including poverty, political instability, and limited access to basic services. 

Digital Divide is one of the key challenges that the country is facing and it refers to the gap between those who have access to digital technologies and those who do not. Due to this divide in Guinea-Bissau, only a small percentage of the population has access to the internet or other digital technologies.
