Malaysia Promotes ESG Tech

The Malaysian Government, through the Digital Ministry, is encouraging companies to adopt digital innovations to enhance environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. This initiative supports Malaysia’s aim of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. A recent collaboration between Bursa Malaysia and MyDigital Corporation will help publicly listed companies integrate Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies to meet their ESG goals.

The MYCentre4IR ESG Innovation Challenge, a key part of this effort, invites global innovators to submit digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and support net-zero targets.
