Taiwan Boosts SKN Digital ID

Taiwan is supporting the government of St. Kitts and Nevis in developing its digital public infrastructure. The project, led by the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF), focuses on establishing a digital ID authentication management system and enhancing digital governance. Key achievements include the development of a digital identity system, digital ID card production, and a digital certificate mechanism.

Aligned with the government’s digital development plan, this initiative aims to achieve Sustainable Development Goals by promoting smart governance. The project also involves building digital public key infrastructure, a digital signature mechanism, and an integrated data management system, streamlining government and private sector digital services.
