Pakistan Medical City Investment

Pakistan is poised for significant economic growth as Chinese investors commit to investing $1 billion in the country’s first fully integrated medical city. This monumental proposal highlights the strengthening economic ties between Pakistan and China. The medical city will be located in the Dhabeji Economic Zone, just outside Karachi. This project promises to create advanced medical infrastructure, local employment opportunities, and successful healthcare innovations. The medical city could revolutionize Pakistan’s healthcare delivery systems and improve its medical capacity.

The Chinese delegation has expressed interest in exploring opportunities in various sectors, including agriculture, livestock, energy, transport, and manufacturing. This investment is part of enhanced bilateral relationships, following the success of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
