Regulation for Digital Assets Service Providers

The French securities regulator has released amendments of its General Regulation that concern digital assets service providers. These amendments are aimed at aligning the registration requirements for DASPs with the enhanced requirements introduced by the DDADUE Law and the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation of the European Union.

These amendments to the AMF General Regulation will apply to licenses issued on or after January 1, 2024.
